Opened in the spring of 2026, Otaru Port Square is an open public space located at the base of Pier No. 3 in the Port of Otaru, offering clear views of the sea. Designed as a versatile plaza for local events, sightseeing stopovers, and everyday relaxation, it has quickly become a fresh new waterfront attraction.
