Hotel Neuschloss Otaru is located in the beautiful Niseko-Shakotan-
Otaru Shoreline Quasi-National Park, overlooking the Sea of Japan.
Neuschloss, meaning "New Castle" in German, has an exterior reminiscent
of a Vienna castle and and is considered a "Castle Floating in the Sky."
Located 15 minutes away from the center of the city, this is the perfect
place to relax and be surrounded by nature after a day of sightseeing.

Sitting atop a high hill just above the Otaru Aquarium,
all rooms have breathtaking views and a private open-air bath.

Blau Kuste, meaning "blue seashore" in German, offers French cuisine using
local Otaru and Hokkaido ingredients. While many think of French dining
as a formal occasion, at Hotel Neuschloss, they provide a casual approach
with no dress code, so jeans and t-shirts are ok. French course dishes can
be eaten with chopsticks and this relaxed atmosphere allows diners to simply
enjoy their delicious meal and have a wonderful time. Also guests staying for more than one night can enjoy a different breakfast menu during their stay.
