2017 - 2018 Otaru Snow Story

Otaru kicked off the Snow Story festival which leads into the city's most famous winter festival, Otaru Snow Light Path.

While the opening ceremony and countdown to the lighting of the canal is usually held at Asakusa Bridge, strong winds and rain forced the opening ceremony to be held indoors at Canal Plaza.

Wine Glass Tower

Ukidama (Glass Float) Tree
